Bird & wildlife photography

If you wish to take photographs of nesting bird-life in Ireland, you will need a license. You will need to contact the National Parks and Wildlife Services (NPWS) as they are the licensing and legislative body concerned. You can call their head office on 01 888 2000. The forms they require completing are attached here.

Bird Detectives is bursting with information, quizzes and competitions and will go out twice a year.
